Located in a gated cul-de-sac in the West Village, Patchin Pl consists of 11 Townhouses. The initial gut renovation project that is in the works for 1 Patchin Pl. will set the framework for the remaining townhouses.

 

The project consists of two parts, the design and renovation of 1 Patchin Pl. and the master plan and repairs to the historical street.
